Reservations and Contacts 

Credit cards data are requested only to hold the room and in case of late cancellation or no show.
Cancellations are accepted without charge if received at least 5 days prior to arrival. For cancellations made after this date a penalty equal to one day of stay will be charged. If the guests do not arrive and have not notified in advance, they will be charged the full price of the reservation. 

In respect of Article 13 of Law 196/03 : 
The data collected is for the sole purpose of providing the requested service. Such information may be used only for the purposes of the service rendered. This information will be processed electronically in accordance with applicable laws.
