POLICY

• Arrivals :  from 15 to 20 and more with adequate notice.

• Departures : within 11 o'clock.

• Smoking :  for the health and safety of our guests smoking is not allowed inside the house. Ashtrays for smokers are available in the garden.

• Reservations : reservations can be done online on the website or by contacting the owners via email or by phone.

• Cancellations : cancellations are accepted without charge if received at least 5 days prior to arrival. For cancellations made after this date a penalty equal to one day of stay will be charged.

• No Show : if the guests do not arrive and have not notified in advance, they will be charged the full price of the reservation.

• Credit Cards : all major credit cards are accepted.

• Animals :  a dog and a cat live in the house in the area reserved for the owners, so visiting animals, with prior notice, are welcome if well trained.
